Consent to Use Electronic Records and Signatures (E-Sign Act & UETA Disclosure)

1. Consent to Electronic Execution:
You acknowledge that your electronic signature carries the same legal weight, validity, and binding effect as a physical, handwritten "wet" signature on a paper document. You are not legally obligated to sign electronically; however, doing so allows us to process your membership immediately.

2. Right to Request Paper Copies:
You have the right to receive a physical paper copy of your signed agreement. If you wish to request a paper copy at no additional charge, please email us at support@smartcloudmn.com or call us at 651-240-4313.

3. Document Delivery & Retention:
Upon completion of this signing ceremony, a fully executed PDF copy of this agreement will be automatically emailed to the address we have on file for you. Smart Cloud LLC will securely retain a digital copy of this record, along with the digital audit trail proving intent to sign, in accordance with applicable record retention laws.

4. Hardware and Software Requirements:
To access, view, and retain this electronic record, you will need a device with internet access, an active email account, and a standard PDF viewer.

5. Withdrawing Consent:
You may withdraw your consent to receive future electronic notices or records at any time by contacting us using the contact information provided above.
